A month ago we received a very nice email from Elaine (the owner of Plato's Closet of Sterling). She loved the spring fashion spread we did with Nova Magazine and asked us if we would do an article on how to put outfits together without breaking your bank! This past weekend we were more than happy to partner up with her store and pick a few items from all the awesome stuff they carry. We selected some amazing pieces and put together six casual summer outfits. Throughout this week we will have three posts showing you our picks.
It's refreshing to be reminded that dressing on a budget doesn't mean you have to always shop in the sale section. Plato's closet is a great little place to score amazing designer denim among other great pieces without getting buyer's remorse after looking at your receipt. Not only can you find amazing clothing items, but you can also make some extra cash by selling some items that perhaps are no longer getting much love in your closet or if you simply need to make room for all your new spring/summer gear.
We were very pleased to find a lot of things in this store that we loved and are sure you guys would too. Definitely check them out if you have a Plato's closet near by - trust us when we say that its worth the trip!
