Hello my beautiful friends!! Sorry for the lack of outfit posts, but my partner in fashion and BFF is still out of town in the city of Paris. She will be back, better than ever, and will post pictures from the city of love.

The weather in D.C has been very crappy lately. I know this has to be the 5th post talking about the terrible weather, but I cant help it, we are miserable with this wintry mix. We are all hoping for some warm sunshine, but in the mean time I was able to put together some outfits and include my most favorite guilty pleasure...SOCKS

The pictures above show my most fav shoes paired up with stockings or ankle socks. And my latest obsession includes a pair of Jeffrey Campbell wedges, that I'm in love with! They happen to have no socks...but never the less I'm in love with that look! Yes I'm versatile :)

PS: Lately I cant seam to go to sleep so I found this little book/journal at Urban Outfitters and it looks like ill be filling out the 1st page today! hopefully my cheap vino will help me sleep better too! ;) NIGHT!

Straight off the Runway

With spring right around the corner we wanted to highlight some of the most prominent trends hitting the streets this season!

Sheer fabric - everything from dresses to shoes

Nudes and pastels - loving how delicate it looks, but be careful it's not a forgiving color ;)

Hot pants (boy shorts) - who said it's strictly for the bedroom?

High shoulders - oh so sexy ;)

High split - yes, the higher, the better...

The Braid - easy, flirty, fun!

The bow - fun accessory! (try it as a headband or as a belt)

And as a side note...we can all relax because thankfully, some of our favorite trends are here to stay!

Tights, boyfriend blazers, flower print, ripped/skinny/boyfriend jeans, red lipstick (but try some pinks and nudes for fun this season too), leather jackets, jean shorts, rompers...and much much more!
