We are totally obsessing over Anthom's latest Spring lookbook! Per usual every photo is so dreamy and with DC being so unpredictable with the weather lately, we are so happy that our friends over at Anthom were able to remind us of what spring should look like "eventually!" lol

DeNada: I can't get enough of DeNada's cool knits! NOT only are they so well made but also very stylish and most importantly, they keep you warm! I have my eye on this hooded infinity scarf! It's perfect for layering and would complete a lot of the looks I want to put together soon.

South Moon Under: Every time I visit SMU I walk out with more than what I went looking for! Right now I'm looking to replace my faux leather pants, and of course South Moon Under has what I've been looking for. I love this Blank Vegan leather skinny pants.

The W Salon: I sincerely LOVE everything about The W Salon! If you are in VA and are looking for a new salon to pamper you, make sure you book your appointment with them!! They are also behind every lookbook we've put together. That should tell you something :) 

Spanx: After hosting my first ever Spanx event,  I learned so much about them and their products. On my wish list this year is their Bra-lleluja. It is the most comfortable bra I have ever tried on. I want one in every color!

BirchBox: This year Birch Box and the Skirt PR team treated us to a wonderful dinner where we learned a lot more about the brand. I think BirchBox is a great gift to give to someone. It's the kind of gift that keeps on giving ;)

#LipstickAffirmations tote bags by Sammy Davis: We have been friends with Sammy ever since we started our blog. She might be the most positive person I know and her new Lipstick Affirmation tote bags def grabbed my attention. Grab your own HERE! 

ONE more thing for my DMV readers! Starting this Friday going through Sunday Dec 1st make sure you stop by Union Market to check out some local and national brands who will be selling products on those three days. The space where this will be taking place is called Thread at Dock 5. (Anthom and DeNada will both be present at the pop up event)

The Perfect Basics

On Wednesday I spent the entire day helping with the first ANTHOMlive pop-up shop event at L2 Lounge. So naturally, after spending all day among all of the amazing pieces (the benefit of working the event 11am-9pm) I fell in love with pretty much every single piece in the shop. Here are two of three I took home that day. A follow up post of the third (and fav) item coming soon!

After having to make some tough decisions, I ended up with this asymmetrical Drifter T - which by the way is the best basic I have purchased in years! It's incredibly soft, comfortable, and who can ignore the mesh + one sleeve situation? Obsessed! I also fell in love with the Alexia Ulibarri trousers. I've been looking for a chic, comfortable pair of high-waisted trousers for a while. These were perfect. I can't wait to style them in the fall and winter with cropped tops, jackets, and everything in between.

Shoes are Rebecca Minkoff - I scored them as a serious summer sale deal at the Shoe Hive about a week ago and have been wearing them with pretty much everything ever since

It is our pleasure to share ANTHOM's Summer 2013 lookbook with all of you. It is the brand's first lookbook since their launch in April and talk about coming out with a bang! We think this is one of the best (if not THE best) lookbook to come out of DC. We love the futuristic, edgy, chic feel mixed with earthy elements and impeccable styling, hair and makeup. And of course, who can forget about that cool, pink box that just happens to fit in perfectly and even match the spectacular pieces. Talk about a sick vision and execution! We are extremely proud of the trio behind the brand who produced this piece of work, and are very glad to call them friends. They inspire us everyday with such drive, dedication, and talent!
