I haven't shopped at Arden B in a long time, but I totally fell in love with the color and cut of this dress so I had to have it -- how fabulous is that low cut in the back?!  It was def the perfect dress to kick off the beginning of summer at the Adult Swim party at the Capitol Skyline Hotel yesterday.  We spent the entire day laying out and tanning our sun deprived bodies by the DJ booth (thanks to Allix, we had the perfect  spot), swimming with very large, inflatable objects, watching "live entertainment" aka DC's best gogo dancer and bongo players,  and just enjoying our time with good friends! The natural high you get from the energy of the sun and being in great company, is priceless!  Hope all of you had a fabulous Memorial Day Weekend ;)

On my search for the perfect bathing suit for this summer, I encounter this gorgeous Caftan! I love how it's so light and feminine and for some reason when I put it on, all of a sudden I felt like Elvira from the movie scarface lol ...any who, I hope all of you had a great memorial weekend.

Last weekend was another epic weekend full of celebrations! We spent the entire Saturday celebrating Carlis' bday here in DC with some of our closest friends.  The Dubsplash pool party at the Capitol Skyline Hotel was awesome.  The crowd was fun, the DJ was spinning some pretty sweet beats, and the BBQ Bus food truck provided the much needed nutrition ;)
