When planning my outfit for our South Moon Under release party, I knew I wanted to be comfortable and also mix patterns so when I found this JBrand jeans at the store I knew that I was going to work my outift around them. I love the leopard trim on my vintage blazer so to balance the pattern between my jeans and blazer I went ahead and put on my leopard peep toe pumps that I haven't worn in years! ;)

I'm a huge fan of JBrand jeans so finding this perfect style and pattern at South Moon Under for our lookbook release party was super exciting.  The best part of JBrand jeans is not even the way they look, but more so how they feel.  They have a super comfortable stretch and they're soft like a baby's bum (ok maybe even softer than that lol).  I remember telling everyone that evening to touch my legs to feel how soft they were (yes, that was after a cocktail or two) haha!  I also fell in love with the flower bib necklace and figured to balance the flower patterns with a basic Zara tunic and these fabulous Zara shoes I just got in NYC earlier this week -- they're absolutely perfect! Anyway, we had a blast at the party and hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as we did.  We'll post photos of the party tomorrow if you haven't seen them yet on all the other fabulous blogs and websites ;)

When bloggers get together for an event, it becomes this whirlwind of fashion, photography, collaboration discussions, business card exchanges, up close accessory shots, and all of this happens while you're trying to hold your purse, sip on champagne, and take random photos at the same time -- no easy task if you ask me.  Last night's CapFABB event at Madewell in Georgetown was no exception.  We were glad to meet some of the newest members of our quickly growing group (welcome all), catch up with old friends, and of course, make plans for more fabulous meet ups.  Being a blogger most certainly has its perks, but the best one of all is having these opportunities to meet interesting, stylish, creative people who share your same passions - each new friendship opens up a new world of possibilities, and we love every minute of it!
